Movement: 

Arrows and Wasd  

Life System: Overtime, your life drains, but you can press space to refill. However, there is a catch. Every time you press space your screen gets darker, eventually becoming completely black.  

Sanity System: Acts like the life system, but you press forward to refill it. You get a warning when it is low.
